NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired, under the Forests Act 1949, as permanent State forest land.

Average Price for Apples and Pears for the 1970–71 Season Declared (Notice No. Ag. 10780)

PURSUANT to section 18G(4) of the Apple and Pear Marketing Act 1948, as amended by the Apple and Pear Marketing Amendment Act 1967, notice is hereby given that the Apple and Pear Prices Authority has determined that the average price to be paid to growers by the New Zealand Apple and Pear Marketing Board for apples and pears grown during the 1970-71 season shall be 101.85 cents per bushel of bare fruit, ungraded and unpacked, and delivered to the receiving depot of the Board nearest to the orchard on which the fruit was grown.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1969*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Bay of Islands County) Notice No. 1, 1971.
  2. The Bay of Islands County Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.
  3. So much of the notices dated 7 June 1950† and 22 May 1951‡ as relates to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.
