The Road Classification (Hutt County Council) Notice No. 1, 1971
Pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1969*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Hutt County Council) Notice No. 1, 1971.
- The Hutt County Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.
- So much of the notice dated the 2nd day of July 1951†, as relates to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
HUTT COUNTY
Roads Classified in Class 1 Riding Roads
Rimutaka Riding:
Plateau Road (from State Highway No. 2 (Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne) to Maymorn Road).
Maymorn Road (from Plateau Road to a point 37 chains measured southerly generally along Maymorn Road).

The Road Classification (Taranaki County) Notice No. 5, 1971
Pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1969*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Taranaki County) Notice No. 5, 1971.
- The Taranaki County Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.
- So much of the notice dated the 26th day of September 1960†, as relates to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby revoked.
- The notice dated the 14th day of October 1971‡, which relates to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby revoked.

TARANAKI COUNTY
Roads Classified in Class One
Henwood Road from State Highway 3 (Hamilton-Woodville via New Plymouth) (Devon Road) to Manutahi Road.
Manutahi Road from Henwood Road to Upland Road.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the piece of Maori freehold land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purposes of a meeting place for the common use and benefit of Maoris generally; the piece of Maori freehold land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purposes of a church site for the common use and benefit of Maoris generally; and the piece of Maori freehold land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby set part as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a burial ground for the common use and benefit of Maoris generally.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land situated in Block IX, Tatua Survey District, and described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
2 2 38.9 Part Oruanui 10 and as the same is more particularly delineated on plan 1729 filed in the Registry of the Maori Land Court at Rotorua.
SECOND SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land situated in the said Block IX and described as follows:

1 0 0 Part Oruanui 10 and as the same is more particularly delineated on plan 1729 as aforesaid.

Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954—Proposed Cancellation of Registration of Industrial Union
Pursuant to section 86 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954, it is hereby notified that the registration of the Wellington Legal Employees’ Industrial Union of Workers, Registered No. 1507, situated at New Zealand World Trade Centre Building, Sturdee Street, Wellington, will, unless cause to the contrary is shown, be cancelled on the expiration of 6 weeks from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette.

Pursuant to section 3 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 (as amended by section 3 (1) of the Local Authorities Loans Amendment Act 1967), the undersigned Assistant Secretary to the Treasury, acting under powers delegated to the Secretary to the Treasury by the Minister of Finance, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.
