Licensing Thomas Warwick Lee to Occupy a Site for a Boat
Mooring at Motunau River
PUSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
and Fisheries hereby licenses and permits Thomas Warwick Lee
(hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his
administrators, executors, or assigns unless the context requires
a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the fore-
shore and bed of the Motunau River as shown on plan marked
M.D. 12495 and deposited in the office of the Marine Depart-
ment at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a
boat mooring as shown on the said plan, such licence to be
held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the
terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regula-
tions 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far
as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 5 years from the 1st day
of November 1971.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be six dollars
($6) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be
five dollars ($5). The annual sum may be varied during the
term of this licence.

Licensing Jack McIntyre to Occupy a Site for a Boat Mooring
at Motunau River

PUSUANT to the Agricultural Chemicals Act 1959, and to a
delegation from the Minister of Agriculture under sections 9
and 10 of the Department of Agriculture Act 1953, for the
purposes of the said Act, it is hereby notified that the Schedule
to the Agricultural Chemicals Notice (No. Ag. 10487)* is
hereby amended by adding the products specified in the
Schedule hereto.
