Declaration That State Forest Land Shall be a Scenic Reserve and Reservation of Land

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the State forest land described in the First Schedule hereto shall be a scenic reserve, subject to the said Act, to form part of the Hakarimata Scenic Reserve, and further, pursuant to the Land Act 1948, hereby sets apart the land described in the Second Schedule hereto as a reserve for scenic purposes, to form part of the said Hakarimata Scenic Reserve.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—HAKARIMATA SCENIC RESERVE, RAGLAN COUNTY

Part Allotment 430, Waipa Parish (formerly part Allotments 27 and 259, and Allotments 337, 338, 339, 340, 341, 342, 343, 344, and 345), situated in Blocks III, VI, and VII, Newcastle Survey District: area, 2,010 acres and 1 rood, more or less (previously shown as 2,094 acres and 25 perches). Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve
