Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Porirua City Council
Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes; and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Porirua, in trust, for that purpose.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—CITY OF PORIRUA
LOT 3, D.P. 29997, being part Sections 17 and 19, Takapu District, situated in Block II, Belmont Survey District: area, 3 roods 32.91 perches, more or less. All Gazette notice 804088.

Excluding Part of Land from Maori Reservation
WHEREAS by Order in Council of 16 April 1963, published in Gazette, 24 April 1963, No. 24, p. 553, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto was set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a meeting place, recreation ground, and sports ground for the common use and benefit of the Maori people generally:
And whereas it is proposed to exclude a part of the said land from the said Maori reservation:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 439 (5) (a) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, that part of the said Maori reservation containing four (4) perches and shown, coloured red, on S.O. Plan 23191 is hereby excluded from the said Maori reservation.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold lands described in the Schedule hereto are hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a burial ground and marae site for the common use and benefit of the peoples of the surrounding rural districts.

Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purposes of a burial ground for the common use and benefit of the Maori people of the Whangaruru district.
