Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation to be called “Peterehama Urupa”, for the purpose of a burial ground for the common use and benefit of the Ngati-Hangarau subtribe.

Consenting to Raising of Loans by Certain Local Authorities

Lunch-hour Opening at Certain Magistrates' Courts
Pursuant to rule 11 (2) of the Magistrates' Courts Rules 1948, the Minister of Justice has directed that the Magistrates' Courts at Hastings and Rotorua be open to the public between the hours of 9.30 a.m. and 4 p.m. on and from 2 March 1970, and that the Magistrate's Court at North Shore be open to the public between the hours of 9.30 a.m. and 4 p.m. on and from the date of opening.
