& Shipping (N.Z.) Limited, a duly incorporated company
having its registered office at Auckland, AND THAT the said
petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at
Auckland, on the 26th day of February 1971, at 10 o'clock in
the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said
company desirous to support or oppose the making of an
order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in
person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the
petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor
or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on

AUCLAND REGIONAL AUTHORITY

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

IN the matter of the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963
and the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the
Auckland Regional Authority, a body corporate constituted
under the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, proposes,
under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts to execute
a certain public work, namely, the establishment of a regional
reserve in the Matingarahi area, and for the purposes of such
public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is
required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that
Land Plan No. 80 showing the land so required to be taken
marked thereon outlined in green is deposited in the public
office of the Secretary to the Auckland Regional Authority
situated on the third floor of Regional House, 121 Hobson
Street, Auckland, and is open to inspection without fee by
all persons during ordinary office hours. Every person affected
is hereby called upon to set forth in writing any objection he
may wish to make to the execution of the work or to the
taking of the land, not being an objection to the amount or
payment of compensation, and to send the written objection
within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to
the Auckland Regional Authority, Regional House, 121 Hobson
Street, Auckland.

If any objection is made as aforesaid, a public hearing of
the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise
requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and
place of hearing.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land containing two hundred and eighty-nine
acres one rood sixteen perches (289A. 1R. 16P.), more or less,
being Wharekawa 4B 1A 2 Block, more particularly shown on
Land Plan 80.

FRANKLIN COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions
of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public
work, namely, the construction of a road being portion of the
Runciman-Tuakau Provincial State Highway No. 22, within
the County of Franklin, and for the purposes of that public
work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required
to be taken.

And notice is further given that the plans of the lands so
required to be taken are deposited at the office of the
Franklin County Council, Roulston Street, Pukekohe, and are
there open for inspection without fee by all persons during
ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public
work or by the taking of such lands who have any objections
to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of
the said lands, not being an objection to the amount or
payment of compensation, must state their objections in writing
and send the written objections within forty (40) days from
the date of the first publication of this notice to the County
Clerk at the Council Chambers, Roulston Street, Pukekohe,
and if any objection is made in accordance with this notice,
a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the
objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised
of the time and place of the hearing.
