PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1969*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the
following notice:
NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification
   (Waipawa County) Notice No. 1, 1970.
2. The Waipawa County Council's proposed classification
   of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby
   approved.
3. So much of the Warrant dated the 20th day of December
   1951+, as relates to the classification of the roads described
   in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.
   SCHEDULE
   WAIPAWA COUNTY
   Roads Classified in Class One
   MAKARORA Road (from its junction with the No. 50 State
   Highway (Napier-Takapau via Fernhill to its junction with
   Tikokino Road).
   Tikokino Road (from its junction with the No. 50 State
   Highway (Napier-Takapau via Fernhill) to the Waipawa
   Borough Boundary).

   PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1969, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the
   following notice:

4. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification
   (National Roads Board) Notice No. 10, 1970.
5. It is hereby declared, as required by the National Roads
   Board, that the State highway as set out in the Schedule
   hereto shall belong to the class set out in the said Schedule.
6. The notice dated the 6th day of May 1970+ which relates
   to the classification of the road described in the Schedule
   hereto is hereby revoked.
