The Road Classification (Grey County) Notice No. 1, 1970
PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1969*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice:
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Grey County) Notice No. 1, 1970.

The proposal of the Grey County Council, to classify all the roads within its control as class one is hereby approved.

The notices dated the 7th day of May 1968+ and the 2nd day of August 1950; which relate to the classification of the roads described in class two hereof are hereby revoked.

The Road Classification (Rotorua City) Notice No. 1 1970
PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1969*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Rotorua City) Notice No. 1 1970.

The Rotorua City Council's proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

The notice dated the 21st day of August 1950† which relates to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

Maori Land Development Notice
WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto the land described in that notice was declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas it is desired to release a certain parcel of the land from the provisions of the said Part XXIV:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1970, No. 56.

The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

- (i) This notice may be cited as the Milk Delivery Allowances Notice 1969, Amendment No. 1.
(ii) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of September 1970.
(iii) This notice is given after consultation with the Minister of Agriculture.
(iv) This notice amends the Milk Delivery Allowances Notice 1969* (hereinafter referred to as "the principal notice").
