A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the surface of the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road together with the
subsoil above a plane 50 feet below and approximately parallel
to the surface of the said land; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of
December 1970.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 0.3 of a perch, situated in
Block XII, Rangiriri Survey District, being part Allotment 5,
Taupiri Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on

office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured blue.

Reserve Motorway.

in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County
of Waitemata as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 21st day of December 1970.

ALL that piece of land containing 3 acres 3 roods 36.1 perches,
situated in Block IX, Titirangi Survey District, North Auckland

in the City of Gisborne

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 23rd day of May
1958, published in Gazette, 29 May 1958, Volume II, p. 692,
and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Gisborne as No.
60179, taking land for drainage purposes in the City of
Gisborne and revoking previous Proclamation, that land being
no longer required for the purpose for which it was taken.
