   resident) Accounts Notice 1968, Amendment No. 11, and shall
   be read together with and deemed part of the Controlled (Non-
   resident) Accounts Notice 1968* (hereinafter referred to as
   the principal notice).
   (b) This notice shall come into force on the 3rd day of
