Maori Land Development Notice

WHEREAS by virtue of the notices referred to in the First
Schedule hereto the lands described in those notices were
declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act
1953; and whereas some of those lands have since been released
from the provisions of Part XXIV, aforesaid; and whereas it is
considered necessary that the balance of such lands under their
current appellations shall remain subject to the said Part
XXIV:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs
Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as
follows.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
   Notice Hamilton 1970, No. 10.

2. The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto are
   hereby revoked, being replaced to the extent necessary by
   notices issued contemporaneously with this notice, as set out
   in the Second Schedule hereto.

Now, therefore, in partial replacement of such notices, the
Board of Maori Affairs, acting pursuant to section 330 of the
Maori Affairs Act 1953, hereby gives notice as follows.

   Notice Christchurch 1970, No. 1.

2. The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto are
   hereby revoked.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
   hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the
   Maori Affairs Act 1953.

4. This notice is issued in replacement of Maori Land
   Development Notice Christchurch 1969, No. 2, which is
   hereby revoked.
