Maori Land Court Fixtures

Notice is hereby given that sittings of the Maori Land Court will be held during the year from 1 April 1970 to 31 March 1971 at the places and commencing on the dates referred to in the Schedule hereto.

The hour of commencement of each sitting will be notified in the relevant panui. If any date referred to in the Schedule is varied, the varied date will be notified in the panui.

Maori Land Development Notice

WHEREAS by virtue of the notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto the land described in that notice was declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas a certain parcel of the land has been released from the provisions of the said Part XXIV; and whereas it is desired to release the balance of the land from the provisions of the said Part XXIV:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1970, No. 9.
The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.
The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
