A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Ngauranga-Basin Reserve Motorway.

Provisional State Forest Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the provisional State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—ROTORUA CONSERVANCY—ROTORUA COUNTY

Mangorewa-Kaharoa 6E 3 South Block, situated in Blocks VI and VII, Rotorua Survey District: area, 1,332 acres, 1 rood, 18 perches, more or less (M.L. Plan 9154).

As shown on plan N 76/8 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington and thereon edged red.

Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Declared to be Crown Land Subject to the Land Act 1948

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to subsection (2) of section 19 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting on the joint recommendation of the Minister of Lands and of the Minister of Forests, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being part of provisional State forest reserve set apart by Proclamation dated the 5th day of July 1920, and published in Gazette, 8 July 1920, Volume II, p. 2107, is required for settlement purposes; and, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest land and shall become Crown land, available for sale, lease, reservation, or other disposition under the provisions of the Land Act 1948.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—WHAKATANE COUNTY

All those areas, containing, 17 acres 3 roods 26 perches, 32 acres and 5 perches, and 4 acres and 35.2 perches, all more or less, being parts Allotment 39, Matata Parish, situated in Block XVI, Rotoma Survey District; as shown on the plan marked L. and S. 36/1387A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red (S.O. Plan 44857). Part Allotment 39, Matata Parish, situated in Blocks XV and XVI, Rotoma Survey District: area, 465 acres 1 rood 10 perches, more or less; as shown on the plan marked L. and S. 36/1387B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red (S.O.
