REVOCATION
This licence is issued in place of a licence issued to Raymond Douglas McIntyre, of Tirau, by an Order in Council dated the 21st day of November 1966, and appearing in the Gazette, on the 8th day of December 1966, at page 2034, which licence is consequentially revoked.
SCHEDULE
ELECTRIC lines commencing from the licensee's generator and proceeding:
(a) In a south-westerly direction across the Waiomou Stream to a pole, then
(b) In a north-westerly direction to another pole, then
(c) in a northerly direction across the stream, across State Forest 3, and continuing to a house, then
(d) in a westerly direction to a second house, then
(e) in a north-westerly direction to a third house.
All being situated in State Forest 3, and Section 166, Block 1, Patetere North-east Survey District, in the County of Matamata, as shown on the plan marked NZED 800, deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.

The Traffic (Waitemata County) Notice No. 2, 1970
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waitemata County) Notice No. 2, 1970.

The area and roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 40-miles-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of Regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

The notice under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, dated the 16th day of September 1969β which relates to areas within Waitemata County, is hereby revoked.

SITUATED WITHIN WAITEMATA COUNTY
At Kelston, Kelston West, Sunnyvale, Te Atatu:
All that area, with the exception of the No. 16 State Highway (Auckland-Wellsford) (Auckland-Whenuapai Motorway) and Triangle Road, bounded to the south by a line commencing at the point where the southern bank of the Swanson Stream meets the eastern side of Don Buck Road; thence south-easterly generally along the north-eastern side of Don Buck Road and the Henderson-Kumeu via Swanson Road to the northern boundary of Henderson Borough; thence easterly, southerly, and westerly generally along the northern, eastern, and southern boundaries of Henderson Borough to the south-eastern side of South Road; thence south-easterly generally to a point on the north-western side of Seymour Road 64 chains measured south-westerly generally along Seymour Road from Sunnyside Road; thence due south-east by a right line across Seymour Road to the western boundary of Glen Eden Borough; thence northerly and easterly generally along the western and northern boundary of Glen Eden Borough to the western boundary of New Lynn Borough; thence northerly generally along the said boundary of the southern bank of the Whau River, and bounded to the east, to the north, and to the west by the western banks of the Whau River, the banks of the Wairau Creek, the shores of the Waitemata Harbour, the banks of the Henderson Creek, the eastern bank of the Huruhuru Creek, and the southern bank of the Swanson Stream to the commencing point.
