FRANKLIN COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
THAT in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Franklin County Council hereby resolves as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing the annual loan charges
on a loan of thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000), authorised
to be raised by the Franklin County Council under the above-
mentioned Act, for the purpose of providing staff housing or
making advances to employees for housing purposes, the
Franklin County Council hereby makes and levies a special
rate of decimal nought nought nine five three cents (.00953c)
in the dollar, upon the rateable value (on the basis of unim-
proved value) of all rateable property in the County of
Franklin, and that such special rate shall be an annual-
recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and shall be
payable yearly on the 21st day of September in each and
every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of
25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
The above resolution was passed at a meeting of the
Franklin County Council held on the 10th day of August 1970.

EAST COAST BAYS BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Roading Redemption Loan 1969, $39,200-Special Rate
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the East
Coast Bays Borough Council hereby resolves:
That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a
loan of $39,200, authorised to be raised by the East Coast Bays
Borough Council under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956,
for the purpose of repaying on maturity those portions of the
Roading Improvement Loan 1956, $200,000 which matures on
1 June 1969, the said East Coast Bays Borough Council hereby
makes a special rate of decimal nought one seven nine nought
seven cents in the dollar (.017907c in $) upon the rateable
value of all rateable property of the Borough of East Coast
Bays, and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring
rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable yearly
on the 1st day of August each year during the currency
of the loan, being a period of 15 years, or until such loan is
paid off and the said council doth hereby appropriate and
pledge the said rate as security for the said loan.
I certify that the above resolution was passed at a meeting
of the East Coast Bays Borough Council held on Wednesday,
5 August 1970.

GOLDEN BAY COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Rural Housing Loan 1970, $25,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and
amendments, the Golden Bay County Council hereby resolves
as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a
loan of $25,000, authorised to be raised by the Golden Bay
County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the pur-
poses of making advances to farmers in the terms of the Rural
Housing Act 1939, the said Council does hereby make a special
rate of decimal nought eight six four cents (0.0864 cents) in
the dollar upon the rateable unimproved value of all rateable
property in the County of Golden Bay, and that the rate shall
be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the said
loan, and shall be payable half yearly on the 1st day of June
and 1st day of December in each and every year during the
currency of the loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the
loan is fully paid off.
I hereby certify that the above resolution was passed at a
special meeting of the Golden Bay County Council held on 5
August 1970.

AMURI COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Hanmer Water Supply Repayment Loan 1969, $10,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Amuri County Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a
loan of $10,000 to be raised by the Amuri County Council
under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of refunding
to its county fund account moneys expended from that account
to meet the portion of the Hanmer Water Supply Loan 1956
of $35,000, which matured on 14 May 1969, the said Amuri
County Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal two
cents (.2 cents) in the dollar on the capital value of all rateable
property in the Hanmer Springs Water Supply Special area,
and that the said special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate
during the currency of the loan, and shall be payable on the
12th day of September in each and every year during the
currency of the loan, being a period of 10 years, or until the
loan is fully paid off."
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly passed
at a properly constituted meeting of the Amuri County Council
held on the 3rd day of August 1970.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Hanmer Springs Sewage Loan 1969, $86,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Amuri County Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a
loan of $86,000 to be raised by the Amuri County Council for
the purpose of construction sewage treatment works and sewer
reticulation in the Hanmer Springs township, the said Amuri
County Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal four
zero seven three cents (.4073) in the dollar on the capital value
of all rateable property in the urban drainage area of the
Hanmer Springs Township, and that the said special rate shall
be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan,
and shall be payable on the 12th day of September in each
and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period
of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly passed
at a properly constituted meeting of the Amuri County Council
held on the 3rd day of August 1970.

Te Anau Public Hall (Supper Room) Loan
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Wallace County Council hereby resolves, as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a
loan of $12,500, authorised to be raised by the Wallace County
Council pursuant to the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose
of erecting a supper room at the Te Anau Public Hall, the said
Wallace County Council hereby makes a special rate of 0.304
cents in the dollar on the rateable value of all rateable property
within the County Town of Te Anau, and that the special rate
