Declaration That a Reserve Form Part of the Kawau Island Domain and be Included in the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the reserve for recreation purposes described in the Schedule hereto to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Kawau Island Domain, and, further, pursuant to the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Act 1967, declares the said land to form part of the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park.
