Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land be Part of Purakaunui Falls Scenic Reserve
PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for scenic purposes; and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to form part of the Purakaunui Falls Scenic Reserve, to be administered as a scenic reserve by the south-east Otago Scenic Board.

Addition of Land to the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park
PURSUANT to the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Act 1967, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the 1st day of June 1970, be added to and form part of the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park, as a reserve for recreation purposes, to be administered by the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Board.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 27) 1970
PURSUANT to regulation 16 of the Import Control Regulations 1964*, the Minister of Customs hereby gives notice as follows:

1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 27) 1970.
   (b) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 29) 1970
PURSUANT to regulation 16 of the Import Control Regulations 1964*, the Minister of Customs hereby gives notice as follows:

1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 29) 1970.
   (b) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.
3. The exemptions from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, included in the exempting notice shown in the Second Schedule, are hereby withdrawn.
