PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport
hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Taupo County)
    Notice No. 3, 1970.
  2. The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby
    declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes
    of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

SITUATED within Taupo County at Waitetoko.
Mua Street.
Okahuroa Road.
Otaiatoa Street.
Rawhira Street.
Wharewera Street.

The Traffic (Richmond Borough and Waimea County) Notice
No. 1, 1970

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport
hereby gives the following notice:

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Richmond
    Borough and Waimea County) Notice No. 1, 1970.
  2. The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby
    excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section
    52 of the Transport Act 1962.
  3. The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby
    declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the
    purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
  4. The road specified in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby
    declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of regula-
    tion 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
  5. The notice under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949 and
    regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, dated the 29th
    day of August 1961†, is hereby revoked.

FIRST SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Richmond Borough:
No. 6 State Highway (Blenheim-Invercargill via Nelson and
Greymouth) (from the north-eastern boundary of Richmond
Borough to a point 28 chains measured south-westerly gen-
erally along the said State highway from the said boundary,
and from the south-western boundary of Richmond Borough
to a point 30 chains measured north-easterly generally along
the said State highway from the said boundary).
Queen Street (from the north-western boundary of Rich-
mond Borough to a point 45 chains measured south-easterly
generally along the said street from the said boundary).
Wensley Road (from Bateups Road to a point 32 chains
measured north-easterly generally along Wensley Road from
Bateups Road).

SECOND SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Richmond Borough:
Wensley Road (from Bateups Road to a point 32 chains
measured north-easterly generally along Wensley Road from
Bateups Road).

THIRD SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Richmond Borough:
No. 6 State Highway (Blenheim-Invercargill via Nelson and
Greymouth) (from the south-western boundary of Richmond
Borough to a point 30 chains measured north-easterly generally
along the said State highway from the said boundary).
Situated within Waimea County adjacent to Richmond
Borough:
No. 6 State Highway (Blenheim-Invercargill via Nelson and
Greymouth) (from the south-western boundary of Richmond
Borough to a point 40 chains measured south-westerly generally
along the said State highway from Ranzau Road).

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport
hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Rangiora County)
    Notice No. 1, 1970.
  2. The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby
    declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the
    purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
  3. The notice under regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations
    1956* and which relates to Cust in Rangiora County†, is hereby
    revoked.

SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Rangiora County at Cust:
No. 72 State Highway (Woodend-Winchester) (from a point
14 chains measured easterly generally along the said State high-
way from Early's Road to a point 42 chains measured westerly
generally along the said State highway from Early's Road).
