BOROUGH OF RAETIHI
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Raetihi Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $35,000, authorised to be raised by the Raetihi Borough Council for the purpose of completing the Water Supply Improvements scheme to supply water to Raetihi township, the said Raetihi Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of $0.017 in the dollar on the unimproved value of all rateable property in the Borough of Raetihi; such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable on the 1st day of September in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 15 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
I hereby certify that the above is a true copy of a resolution passed by the Raetihi Borough Council at its meeting held on the 21st day of July 1970.

PETONE BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION LEVYING SECURITY RATE
Housing Loan No. 4, 1970β$148,000
In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and all other powers it thereunto, the Petone Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on the above loan of $148,000, authorised to be raised under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Petone Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought four eight (.048 cents in the dollar) on the rateable value on the basis of the unimproved value, of all rateable property within the whole of the Borough of Petone and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of the said loan, being a period of forty (40) years or until the loan is fully paid off.

NEW PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Sewerage Extension Loan 1970
Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the New Plymouth City Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) to be known as Sewerage Extension Loan 1970, authorised to be raised by the New Plymouth City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of extending, developing, and improving the Council's sewerage system, the New Plymouth City Council hereby makes a special rate of nought decimal nought three five cents (0.035c in the dollar) upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property within the City of New Plymouth, and that the said special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable half-yearly on the 1st day of April and on the 1st day of October in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of thirty (30) years, or until the loan is fully paid off."
The above resolution was passed at a meeting of the New Plymouth City Council held on the 14th day of July 1970.

WAIMEA COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Wakefield Water Supply Loan 1970, $73,000
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Waimea County Council hereby resolves as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $73,000, authorised to be raised by the Waimea County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of providing a domestic water supply to serve the Wakefield Township, the said Waimea County Council hereby makes a special rate of 0.494559 of a cent in the dollar upon the rateable capital value of all the rateable property in the Wakefield Water Supply Special Rating Area, and that the special rate shall be an annual and recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of thirty (30) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
I hereby certify that the above resolution was passed at a meeting of the Waimea County Council held on the 24th day of July 1970.

INGLEWOOD BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Staff Housing Loan 1970, $8,000
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Inglewood Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $8,000, authorised to be raised by the Inglewood Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of erecting or purchasing a staff house, the said Inglewood Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought eight six cents (.086c) in the dollar upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Inglewood; and that the special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

MARLBOROUGH HARBOUR BOARD
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Harbours Act 1950 and the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the Marlborough Harbour Board proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts to execute a certain public work, namely, the establishment of small craft and associated public facilities at Shakespeare Bay near Picton, and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Marlborough Harbour Board, situate in London Quay, Picton, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such lands, who have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands, must state their objections in writing, and send the same within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice, to the Managing Secretary of the Marlborough Harbour Board at London Quay, Picton. If any objection, other than an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, is received a public hearing of the objection will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
SCHEDULE
First, thirty-three perches, more or less, situate at the head of Shakespeare Bay, Picton, being part of Section 1, Shakespeare Bay District, and being also part of the land in Deeds Index 1/490 (Marlborough Land Registry), shown outlined in green on the said plan.
