A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Hon. Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Ngauranga - Basin Reserve Motorway.

ALL that piece of land containing 36.49 perches situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., and being Section 1212, Town of Wellington. All certificate of title, Volume 895, folio 45, Wellington Land Registry (limited as to parcels).

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Hon. Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of August 1970.

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, the Right Hon. Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Wellington Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
