Declaring Part of a Soil Conservation Reserve in Block IV,
Puketapu Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County, to be Crown
Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Soil Conservation and Rivers
Control Act 1941, I, the Right Hon. Sir Herbert Richard
Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New
Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule
hereto to be Crown land within the meaning of the Land Act
1948.

SCHEDULE

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 146 acres 1 rood, being
Section 29, Block IV, Puketapu Survey District; as the same
is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
128500 (S.O. 2235) deposited in the office of the Minister of
Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New
Zealand, this 20th day of May 1970.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Hon.
Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the
Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 3rd day of August 1970.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 4 acres 2 roods 21.6 perches
situated in Blocks III and VII, Waipu Survey District, North
Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 29, Waipu Parish;
as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
M.O.W. 24297 (S.O. 45835) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New
Zealand, this 10th day of July 1970.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Hon.
Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the
Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for the Ngauranga-Basin Reserve Motorway.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 10.3 perches situated in the
City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., and being Lot 27, Deeds
Plan 433, being part of Town Belt (Hospital Reserve), Town
of Wellington. All certificate of title, Volume 480, folio 276,
Wellington Land Registry (limited as to parcels).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New
Zealand, this 6th day of July 1970.
