WHEREAS by virtue of Maori Land Development Notice
Rotorua 1970, No. 7, certain notices under Part XXIV of the
Maori Affairs Act 1953 are revoked:
Now, therefore, in partial replacement of such notices, the
Board of Maori Affairs, acting pursuant to section 330 of the
Maori Affairs Act 1953, hereby gives notice as follows:

- This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
Notice Rotorua 1970, No. 8. - The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act

Maori Land Development Notice
WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the First
Schedule hereto the land described in that notice was declared
to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori
Affairs Act 1953; and whereas it is desired to release a certain
parcel of that land from the provisions of the said Part XXIV:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs
Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as
follows:
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
Notice Wanganui 1970, No. 3. - The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is
hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described
in the Second Schedule hereto. - The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the
Maori Affairs Act 1953.

PURSUANT to section 3 of the Local Authorities Loans Act
1956 (as amended by section 3 (1) of the Local Authorities
Loans Amendment Act 1967), the undersigned Assistant
Secretary to the Treasury, acting under powers delegated to
