NOTICE is hereby given that the Emergency Protection Authority has been requested to undertake inquiries in terms of the Tariff and Development Board Amendment Act 1967, and to report, in terms of section 10D of that Act, concerning the following goods:

1. Polyvinyl chloride compounds, falling within Tariff items 39.02.03 and 39.02.04.

2. Fish sausages and fish rolls, falling within Tariff item 16.04.02.

Notice of Varied Hours for Sale of Liquor at the Leigh Hotel, Leigh

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 as inserted by the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act (No. 2) 1967, I, Eric Alderson Missen, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Northland Licensing Committee, on 11 June 1970, made an order fixing hours other than the usual hours for opening and closing the Leigh Hotel, Leigh, for sale of liquor to the public, namely, that such hotel premises be authorised to be open between the hours of 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in each week of the period of the year commencing on the Monday following Easter Monday, and ending with the Wednesday prior to Labour Day each year.

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 as inserted by the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act (No. 2) 1967, I, Eric Alderson Missen, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Northland Licensing Committee, on 11 June 1970, made an order fixing hours other than the usual hours for opening and closing the Tangiteroria Tavern, Tangiteroria, for sale of liquor to the public, namely, that such hotel premises be authorised to be open between the hours of 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday to Thursday inclusive each week, except on the days preceding Good Friday, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day, when the usual hours for licensed trading shall be observed.
