Acquisition of Land as Part of the Te Awamutu Domain
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, notice is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired as a public domain subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, as an addition to the Te Awamutu Domain to be administered as a public domain by the domain board.

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1969*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Kairanga County) Notice No. 3, 1970.

The Kairanga County Council's proposed classification of the roads set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

The notices dated the 10th day of February 1970, the 13th day of March 1970, and the 20th day of October 1966† which relate to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto are hereby revoked.

So much of the notice dated the 13th day of August 1958† as relates to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

Maori Land Development Notice
WHEREAS by virtue of the notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto the lands described in those notices were declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas the appellations of certain parcels of those lands have been changed by subsequent orders of the Maori Land Court; and whereas it is desired to release some of those lands from the provisions of Part XXIV, aforesaid; and whereas it is considered necessary that the balance of such lands (under their present appellations) shall remain subject to the provisions of the said Part XXIV:
Now, therefore, pursuant to sections 330 and 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1970, No. 7.

The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto are hereby revoked, being replaced to the extent necessary, by notices issued contemporaneously with this notice, as set out in the Third Schedule hereto.
