NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the 26th day of June 1970 presented to the said Court by DAVID TREVOR NAPIER BROOKER, of 37 Holyoake Crescent, Lower Hutt, Painting Contractor, and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Wellington on the 29th day of July 1970, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the under-signed to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, public notice is hereby given by the Otorohanga County Council that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road the portions of land described in the First Schedule hereto, to take for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road the portions of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and to stop the portions of road described in the Third Schedule hereto; and notice is hereby further given that a plan showing the said pieces of land is on view and open for inspection at the office of the Council at the address set out below during ordinary business hours and that every person affected by the taking of the said pieces of land and the stopping of the said pieces of road should set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the taking of the said pieces of land and the stopping of the said pieces of road, not being an objection to the amount of compensation, and send the written objection, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk, Otorohanga County Council, Council Chambers, Maniapoto Street, Otorohanga.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD

NOTICE is hereby given that the Rangitikei County Council proposes under the Public Works Act 1928 to execute a certain public work, namely the construction of a road, and for the purposes of that public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken: And notice is hereby further given that the plan showing the land so required to be taken is deposited in the office of Messrs Evans, Easther, Harris, and Goodman, Solicitors, 335 Wellington Road, Marton, and is there open for inspection, without fee, during ordinary office hours: Every person affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing and send the written objection to the County Clerk, Rangitikei County Council Chambers, High Street, Marton, within 40 days of the first publication of this Notice.
