IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955 and IN THE MATTER
of HYDRA COLD STORAGE Co. LTD.
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up
of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on
the 10th day of June 1970, presented to the said Court by
D. M. Dunningham Ltd., a duly incorporated company having
its registered office at Auckland and carrying on business in
Auckland as suppliers of butchers’ requisites, and that the
said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting
at Auckland on Friday the 31st day of July 1970 at 10 o’clock
in the forenoon, and any creditor or contributory of the said
company desirous to support or oppose the making of an
order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing
in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy
of the petition will be furnished by the under-signed to any
creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy
on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on
the 5th day of June 1970, presented to the said Court by
Wright Stephenson and Co. Ltd., a duly incorporated company
carrying on business at Auckland and elsewhere as merchants,
and that the said petition is directed to be heard
before the Court sitting at Auckland on Friday the 31st
day of July 1970 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any
creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to
support or oppose the making of an order on the said
petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by
his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will
be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contri-
butory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of

IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955 and IN THE MATTER
of NELSONS MEAT MARKET LTD., a company duly incor-
porated in New Zealand and having its registered office
in the City of Auckland and incorporated for carrying on
the business of butchers.
BEFORE the Honourable Mr Justice Richmond, Thursday, the
18th day of June 1970. UPON reading the motion of Nelsons
Meat Market Ltd., whose registered office is situate at Auckland,
dated the 29th day of April 1970 AND on reading the
notice of motion of the applicants, the order dated the 18th
day of June 1970, whereby it was ordered that section 76 (2)
of the above-mentioned Act should not apply as regards any
class of creditors of the company, the affidavit of Lawrence
Kingswell Tucker and the several exhibits therein referred to,
and the affidavits of Thomas Frederick Nelson and William
Henry Blyth, this Court HEREBY ORDERS that the reduction
of capital resolved on by the special resolution passed at
the meeting of the company held on the 8th day of April
1970, which resolution was in the words and figures following
that is to say:
"Resolved as a special resolution that the capital of the
company be reduced from $21,650.00 divided into 10,825
shares of $2.00 each to $2,165.00 divided into 10,825 shares of
20 cents each, and that such reduction be effected by returning
to the holders of the said shares paid up capital to the
extent of $1.80 per share and by reducing the nominal amount
of each of the said shares from $2.00 to 20 cents"
BE CONFIRMED and this Court hereby approves the minute
set forth in the Schedule hereto AND orders that notice of
registration of a sealed copy of this order, together with a
copy of the approved minute, be registered with the Assistant
Registrar of Companies at Auckland and be published
once in the New Zealand Gazette.
THE SCHEDULE ABOVE REFERRED TO
THE capital of Nelsons Meat Market Ltd. is $2,165.00 divided
into 10,825 fully paid ordinary shares of 20 cents each having
been reduced from $21,650.00 divided into 10,825 ordinary
shares of $2.00 each fully paid.
