PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.

ALL that portion of road in the County of Rodney situated in Block VI, Okaka Survey District, commencing at the north-eastern corner of Section 4 of the aforesaid Block VI and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 20 chains and terminating at the northern-most boundary of Section 5 of the aforesaid Block VI; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 24190 (S.O. 46177) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B.
