HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall on and after the date of this Order in Council be under the control and management of the Invercargill City Council.
