Crown Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Land and
Provisional State Forest Land Declared to be Subject to the
Land Act 1948


RICHARD WILD, Administrator of the Government

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, the Right
Hon. Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of
the Government of New Zealand, hereby set apart the area of
Crown land described in the First Schedule hereto as pro-
visional State forest land; and pursuant to section 19 (2) of
the said Act, acting on the joint recommendation of the
Minister of Lands and of the Minister of Forests, hereby pro-
claim and declare that the land described in the Second
Schedule hereto is required for settlement purposes, and shall,
from and after the day of gazetting hereof, cease to be pro-
visional State forest land and shall become Crown land, subject
to the Land Act 1948.


FIRST SCHEDULE

CROWN LAND SET APART AS PROVISIONAL STATE FOREST LAND

North Auckland Land District—Auckland Conservancy

Mangonui County—

SECTION 128, Block V, Opoe Survey District: area, 3 acres

District, Blocks IX and X, Kawatiri Survey District, Block I,
Inangahua Survey District, and Blocks II, III, and IV, Ohika
Survey District: area, 16,600 acres, more or less. (S.O. Plan
10851L.)

As shown on plan S. 31/2 deposited in the Head Office of
the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon
edged red.

Firstly, Section 8, Block X, Tadmor Survey District: area,
80 acres, more or less (S.O. Plan 3592).

As shown on plan S. 26/12 deposited in the Head Office of
the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

Secondly, Sections 14, 15, and 21, Block X, Tadmor Survey
District: area, 358 acres 3 roods 30 perches, more or less. All
certificates of title, Volume 23, folio 43, and Volume 2B,
folio 586.

As shown on plan S. 26/13 deposited in the Head Office of
the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington and thereon
