The Road Classification (Taumarunui County) Notice No. 1, 1970

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1969*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Taumarunui County) Notice No. 1, 1970.

2. The Taumarunui County Council's proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

3. The notices dated the 5th day of September 1950†, the 1st day of December 1950‡, the 18th day of January 1951§, the 19th day of November 1957||, and the 28th day of July 1969¶, which relate to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto are hereby revoked.

The Road Classification (National Roads Board) Notice No. 1, 1970

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1969*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (National Roads Board) Notice No. 1, 1970.

2. It is hereby declared, as required by the National Roads Board, that the State highway as set out in the Schedule hereto shall belong to the class set out in the said Schedule.

3. So much of the notice dated the 8th day of June 1965† as relates to the classification of the road described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

No. 92 State Highway (Balclutha-Invercargill) from Progress Valley Road (R.M. 59.43) to Titiroa Bridge (R.M. 81.83).
