The Control of Prices (Positive List) Notice 1966, Amendment No. 17

PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Minister of Industries and Commerce hereby gives the following notice:

  1. This notice may be cited as the Control of Prices (Positive List) Notice 1966, Amendment No. 17 and shall be read together with, and deemed to be part of the Control of Prices (Positive List) Notice 1966 (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).

  2. This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the Gazette.

  3. The principal notice is hereby amended by omitting the reference “Insulators” under the general heading of Hardware, subheading, Builders, Plumbers, and Electricians Hardware, and substituting

“Insulators, other than plastic”.

Social Security Act 1964—Maternity Notice

PURSUANT to section 112 (4) of the Social Security Act 1964, the Minister of Health hereby gives notice that, pursuant to section 112 of that Act, John Lewis Adams, M.D.(N.Z.), F.R.C.P.(LOND.), F.R.A.C.P., of Kelvin Chambers, 16 The Terrace, Wellington 1, has withdrawn his notice that he is unwilling to afford medical services in relation to maternity benefits on the terms provided in section 112 of the Act.

The maternity notice relating to this said medical practitioner, dated 6 July 1967, is hereby consequentially revoked.
