PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints
Frances Marie Boswell and
Margaret Dawn Geddes
as members of the Millerton Public Hall Board, Nelson Land District, Buller County, in place of Stephen Peggie Anderson and George Anderson, both left the district.

Reservation of Land and Appointment of the Scout Association of New Zealand to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for scout purposes and further pursuant to section 21 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, hereby appoints the Scout Association of New Zealand to control and manage the said reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act as a Reserve for Scout purposes.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT—KAIKOURA COUNTY
ALL the land contained in D.P. 1009 being part Section 60, Waipapa Registration District, situated in Block XV, Whernside Survey District: area, 1 acre, more or less.

Board Appointed to Have Control of the Waitaanga Domain

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints

Leo Edwin Terrill,
Thelma Eva Terrill,
Sydney Alexander Till, and
Verdun Leonard Till
to be the Waitaanga Domain Board to have control of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto subject to the provisions of the said Act as a public domain.

Reappointment of Member of the Release to Work Committee

PURSUANT to section 21B of the Penal Institutions Act 1954, as inserted by section 2 of the Penal Institutions Amendment Act 1961, the Minister of Justice has been pleased to reappoint James Albert Wicks, Esquire, Stipendiary Magistrate, to be Chairman of the committee to make recommendations for the release to work for inmates, as provided by section 21A of the Penal Institutions Act 1954, for a further term of 3 years from 29 June 1970.

Revocation of Appointment of Officer Authorised to Take and Receive Statutory Declarations

PURSUANT to section 9 of the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government has revoked the appointment, authorised on 3 May 1968, of the holder for the time being of the office of Section Clerk (Administration), State Advances Corporation, Wellington, an officer in the service of the Crown, as an officer authorised to take and receive statutory declarations under the said Act.

Appointment of Members of the New Zealand Maori Arts and Crafts Institute

PURSUANT to sections 5 (c) and 6 of the New Zealand Maori Arts and Crafts Institute Act 1963, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government has been pleased to appoint
Alister Murray Linton, of Rotorua (nominated by the Rotorua City Council);
Harry Rogers, of Rotorua (nominated by the New Zealand Maori Council); and
Harold Hopuhuia MacFarlane, of Rotorua (nominated by the Whakarewarewa Maori Committee)
to be members of the New Zealand Maori Arts and Crafts Institute.

Herbert McRae Yeates, 409A Ruthven Street, Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia
to be a Commissioner of the Supreme Court of New Zealand in Australia, for the purpose of administering and taking of oaths, affidavits, and affirmations as in the said section mentioned.
