PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the
Schedule hereto to be set apart for the use, convenience, or
enjoyment of a road from and after the 8th day of June 1970.

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 15 acres 2 roods 36
perches situated in Hawke’s Bay R.D. and being Section 5,
Block VII, Waihua Survey District; as shown on a plan lodged
in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Napier as S.O. 2374, and
thereon edged red.
