Declaring Land in the Wellington Land District, Vested in the Wanganui Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

RICHARD WILD, Administrator of the Government

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, the Right Hon. Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Wanganui Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.


SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—RANGITIKEI COUNTY

ALL the land in D.P. 10656, being part Section 4, Block V, Tiriraukawa Survey District: area, 1 acre, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 440, folio 272.

Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Declared to be Subject to the Land Act 1948

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 19 of the Forests Act 1949, I, the Right Hon. Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, acting on the joint recommendation of the Minister of Lands and of the Minister of Forests, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being part of pro-

visional State forest reserve set apart by Proclamation dated the 16th day of March 1920 and published in Gazette, 25 March 1920, Volume I, p. 924, is required for settlement purposes; and, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest land and shall become Crown land, available for sale, lease, reservation, or other disposition under the provisions of the Land Act 1948.

Authorising the Construction of the Mount Roskill - Onehunga Motorway (State Highway No. 20) between the Auckland South-western Motorway and Onehunga Borough

At the Government House at Wellington this 4th day of May 1970

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT
IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 3 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, at the request of the National Roads Board, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the construction of a motorway, to be known as the Mount Roskill - Onehunga Motorway, commencing in the Borough of Mount Roskill at its junction with the southern termination of the Auckland-South-western Motorway and proceeding thence generally in a south-easterly direction running parallel to, and to the south side of, Denbigh Avenue and then parallel to, and to the north side of, Melrose Road and proceeding down Hendry Avenue, terminating at its junction with the Onehunga-Manurewa via Mangere Motorway at the eastern side of Queenstown Road.
