918 THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE No. 31
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks and shall vest
in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County
of Patangata as from the date hereinafter mentioned, and that
the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 1st day of June 1970.
FIRST SCHEDULE
HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT
Land Taken for Road
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block X, Motuotaraia
Survey District, Patangata County, Hawke’s Bay R.D.,
described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
0 1 27.9 Part Block 9, Porangahau Crown Grant District;
coloured orange on plan M.O.W. 23928 (S.O.
5942).
0 0 13.2 Parts Lots 4, 5, and 6, Deeds Plan 51, being part
Block 9, Porangahau Crown Grant District;
coloured blue on plan M.O.W. 23928 (S.O.
5942).
SECOND SCHEDULE
HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT
Land Taken for Waterworks
ALL that piece of land containing 4 perches situated in Block
VIII, Waipukurau Survey District, Patangata County, Hawke’s
Bay R.D., and being part Block 37, Patangata Crown Grant
District; coloured orange on plan M.O.W. 23927 (S.O. 5872).
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plans
marked and coloured as above-mentioned, and deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
13th day of March 1970.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Hon.
Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the
Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for the Ngauranga - Basin Reserve Motorway.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 5.74 perches situated
in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., and being Lot 2,
D.P. 11166. All certificate of title, Volume 604, folio 99,
Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, and issued under the seal of New
Zealand, this 12th day of May 1970.

in the Auckland Education Board as a Site for a Public
School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen
RICHARD WILD, Administrator of the Government
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act, 1949, I, the Right Hon. Sir Herbert Richard
Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the North
Auckland Education Board as a site for a public school, shall
be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged
from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to
all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the
same, at the date hereof.
