Amalgamation of Scenic Reserves
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the scenic reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall be added to the Aukopae Scenic Reserve and shall henceforth be part of the Aukopae Scenic Reserve.

Licensing Allan Stewart Buckthought to Occupy a Site for a Shop at Rawene in Hokianga Harbour
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Allan Stewart Buckthought (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators, executors, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Rawene, Hokianga Harbour, at the site shown as No. 8B on plan marked M.D. 6300 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a shop, as shown on the said plan; such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of March 1969.

The annual sum payable by the licensee shall be 20 dollars ($20).
-
The licensee will comply with all the bylaws of the Hokianga County Council, even though the licence is in respect of land outside of the county boundaries.

Assignment and Amendment of Foreshore Licence for a Boat Ramp at Opito Bay, Kerikeri
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby gives notice that the licence granted to Opito Bay Properties Ltd. on 23 January 1963* to use and occupy part of the foreshore and bed of the sea in Opito Bay, Kerikeri, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a boat ramp, is hereby assigned to the Northland Harbour Board, and is amended by deleting condition 3 in the Schedule to the licence and substituting therefor the following condition: "3. The annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be 10 cents (10c), payable on demand".

Licensing Stewart Island Seafoods Ltd. to Occupy a Site for a Fish Shed in Horseshoe Bay, Stewart Island
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licences and permits Stewart Island Seafoods Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Horseshoe Bay, Stewart Island, as shown on
plans marked M.D. 9185, M.D. 8576, and M.D. 9780 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a fish shed, as shown on the said plan; such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE

Amendment of Foreshore Licence for Boat Ramp at Waiomu
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby amends the licence signed on 10 September 1962* authorising the Waiomu Boat Club Incorporated to occupy part of the foreshore at Waiomu, in the Firth of Thames, as a site for a boat ramp, by adding, after the symbols "M.D. 11348", the word and symbols "and M.D. 13814".

The Motor Launch (Westport Harbour) Notice 1970
PURSUANT to the Motor Launch Regulations 1962, the Minister of Marine hereby gives the following notice:
- (a) This notice may be cited as the Motor Launch (Westport Harbour) Notice 1970.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the 9th day of June 1970, and shall remain in force until further notice.
- Subject to the conditions set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, regulations 11 and 12 of the Motor Launch Regulations 1962 shall not apply with respect to the area described in the First Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL the waters of Westport Harbour, excluding the Shingle Beach, the West Wave Basin, the Western Lagoon, and the Floating Basin.
SECOND SCHEDULE
- Notice boards shall be erected at the following places:
(a) Shingle spit between Fonblanque and Rintoul Streets, known as Tredinnick's Point;
(b) Harbourmaster's office;
(c) Fishermen's wharf;
(d) Russell Street (northern end);
(e) Buller Aquatic Club slipway; and
(f) Shingle Beach.
- The aforesaid notice boards shall measure not less than 2 ft 6 in. by 2 ft, painted white with black letters, and shall contain the following notice:
"NOTICE
MOTOR LAUNCH REGULATIONS 1962
Bathers are warned that within the waters of Westport Harbour, excluding the Shingle Beach, the West Wave Basin, the Western Lagoon, and the Floating Basin, motor launches and water skiers may travel at speeds greater than 5 m.p.h."
- Motor launches, with or without water skiers, must give way to all other ships, which include dredgers and the tug, at all times.
