CONDITIONS
- This licence is subject to compliance with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961, the Radio Interference Regulations 1958, and all regulations made in amendment of or in substitution for any of those regulations.
- The system of supply shall be as described in paragraph (a) of regulation 15 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967, and shall be an alternating current system.
- This licence shall, unless it is sooner lawfully determined, continue in force until the expiration of a period of 21 years from the date hereof.
- On the north-western side of Nevis Street the electric lines described in the Schedule hereto shall maintain a height of not less than 20 ft above the roadway. If, however, the Post and Telegraph Department at any time in the future desires to erect further telegraph lines on the north-western side of Nevis Street, the licensee shall remove the said electric lines, if called upon so to do by that Department.
SCHEDULE
ELECTRIC lines commencing from the licensee’s switchboard and proceeding along Nevis Street, and thence across Nevis Street at two points to the licensee’s other buildings.
All being situated in Block XIII, Belmont Survey District, and in part Subdivision 4B and 4E, Section 3, Hutt District, in the Borough of Petone; as shown on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 53 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.

The Traffic (Rangitikei County) Notice No. 2, 1970
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Rangitikei County) Notice No. 2, 1970.
- The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 40-miles-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
- So much of the notice under the Transport Act 1949 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, dated the 29th day of October 1958†, which relates to the Waiouru-Turangi State Highway No. 46 and the Waiouru-Bulls State Highway No. 29, in the Rangitikei County, is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
Situated within Rangitikei County, at Waiouru:
No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) (from a point 4 chains measured northerly generally along the said State highway from Andrews Drive to a point 9 chains measured south-easterly generally along the the said State highway from Camp Road).
No. 49 State Highway (Raetihi-Waiouru) (from a point 16 chains measured north-westerly generally along the said State highway from Ngauruhoe Street to the No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff)).

The Traffic (Whangarei County) Notice No. 1, 1970
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Whangarei County) Notice No. 1 1970.
- The area specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, to the intent that a person driving any motor vehicle thereon at any time during the period commencing the 1st day of December each year and ending with the Tuesday following Easter in the next ensuing year shall be subject to the maximum speed limit of 30 miles an hour fixed by the said section.

Situated within Whangarei County, at Pataua:
Pataua South Road (from the southern bank of the Pataua River to a point 24 chains measured south-easterly generally along the said road from the said southern bank of the Pataua River).

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waikouaiti County) Notice No. 1, 1970.
- The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
- The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be limited speed zones for the purposes of regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
- The road specified in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
- The Traffic (Waikouaiti County) Notice No. 1, 1966, dated the 17th day of October 1966†, under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, which relates to No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff), in Waikouaiti County, is hereby revoked.
