NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
——

IN the matter of the Counties Act 1956, and in the matter of
the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the
Rodney County Council proposes, under the provisions of the
above-mentioned Acts, to exercise a certain public work,
namely, the provision of a road, being portion of Warkworth-
Leigh Road, at Auld’s Hill deviation, within the county of
Rodney; and, for the purpose of such public work, the lands
described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken.

And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands
so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the
clerk to the said Council, situated in Baxter Street, Warkworth,
and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during
ordinary office hours.

Any person affected must set forth, in writing, any objection
he wishes to make to the execution of the said public work or
to the taking of such lands, not being an objection to the
amount or payment of compensation, and send same, within
40 days from the 11th day of April 1970, being the day of the
first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk at the
County Office, Baxter Street, Warkworth.

If any objection is received a public hearing of the objection
will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each
objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

edged blue, on S.O. Plan 46471.

Both situated in Warkworth-Leigh Road, at Auld’s Hill
deviation, and in Block XV, Pakiri Survey District, County of
Rodney, North Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on S.O. Plan 46471, deposited in the
office of the Department of Lands and Survey, Auckland.

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby
given that the Auckland City Council proposes, under the
provisions of the above-mentioned Act to execute a certain
public work, namely, street purposes in the City of Auckland;
and for the purpose of such public work the land described in
the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is
hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be
taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Planning
Office, Civic Administration Building, Auckland, and is open for
public inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary
office hours.

Every person affected who wishes to make any objection to
the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the
said land (not being an objection to the amount or payment of
compensation) must state his objection, in writing, and send
the same, within 40 days from the first publication of this
notice, to the Town Clerk, Civic Administration Building,
Auckland.

If any objection is made a public hearing of the objection

situated on the corner of Hawea Street and Smale Street,
Auckland.

Secondly, 1 acre 28.1 perches, part Allotment 20, Parish
of Titirangi, part deeds index 10A/596, North Auckland Land
Registry; and shown, coloured yellow, on S.O. Plan 45695,
being an extension of Smale Street, Auckland, to the
Waitemata Harbour.

Both pieces of land are situated in Block XV, Waitemata
Survey District.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO STOP ROAD
——

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, public notice is
hereby given that the Raglan County Council proposes, under
the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a
certain public work, namely, the stopping of road; and, for
the purpose of that public work, the land described in the
Schedule hereto is required to be stopped. And notice is hereby
further given that the plan of the road required to be stopped
is deposited at the offices of the Raglan County Council, Great
South Road, Ngaruawahia, and is there open for inspection. All
persons affected by the execution of the said public work or
by the stopping of the said road should, if they have any
objections to the execution of the said public work or to the
stopping of the said road, not being objections to the amount
or payment of compensation, set forth the same, in writing,
and send the written objection, within forty (40) days of the
first publication of this notice, to the office of the Council; and
if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a
public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector
otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the
time and place of the hearing.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
——

IN the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and the
Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the East-
bourne Borough Council proposes, under the provisions of the
above-mentioned Acts, to widen the street in the Borough of
Eastbourne known as Marine Parade; and, for that purpose,
to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for street.

A plan showing the land proposed to be taken is open for
inspection at the offices of the Eastbourne Borough Council,
Rimu Street, Eastbourne, on any weekday between the hours
of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.

All persons claiming to be affected by the proposed street
widening and the taking of the said land, who have an
objection to the said widening and taking of the said land, not
being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation,
should set forth such objection, in writing, within forty (40)
days from the first publication of this notice, to the Town
Clerk at the Council’s offices at Rimu Street, Eastbourne.

SCHEDULE

ALL that parcel of land containing one decimal two three
perches (1.23P.), more or less, situate in the Borough of East-
bourne, being part Sections 37 and 39, Harbour District, and
being also part Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 7219, and being that
part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title,
Volume 361, folio 253 (Wellington Registry); shown, coloured
blue, on a plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor
under No. 24686.
