Mason Avenue, Otahuhu, on Monday, 20 April 1970, at
11 a.m., at which meeting a full statement of the position of
the company's affairs, together with a list of the creditors and
the estimated amount of their claims, will be laid before the
meeting; and at which meeting the creditors, in pursuance of
section 285 of the said Act, may nominate a person to be
liquidator of the company, and, in pursuance of section 286 of
the said Act, may appoint a committee of inspection.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION, CREDITORS' WINDING-UP
Notice of Voluntary Winding-up Resolution and of
Appointment of Liquidator
In the matter of Freezer Meats Ltd. (in voluntary liquidation,
creditors' winding up) and in the matter of the Companies
Act 1955, take notice that, at an adjourned meeting of creditors
of the above-named company, duly convened and held at
Thames on the 7th day of April 1970, the following resolution
was passed:
That, in view of the passing by the company of an extra-
ordinary resolution that it cannot, by virtue of its liabilities,
continue in business, and it is advisable to wind up, and that
the company be wound up voluntarily, it is now hereby
resolved, in pursuance of section 285 of the Companies Act
1955, that Mr G. E. Blake, chartered accountant, of Thames,
be, and is hereby appointed as liquidator of the company.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and of Star Stores
(Kaiapoi) Ltd. (in voluntary liquidation), the liquidator of
Star Stores (Kaiapoi) Ltd., which is being wound up volun-
tarily, doth hereby fix the 30th day of April 1970 as the day on
or before which the creditors of the company are to prove
their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have
to priority under section 308 of the Act, or to be excluded
from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts
are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to such
distribution.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a petition for the winding up of
the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the
1st day of April 1970 presented to the said Court by COR-
WRIGHT & SALMON LIMITED a duly incorporated company
having its registered office at Wellington and that the said
petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at
Hamilton on the 29th day of May 1970 at 10 o'clock in the
forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company
desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the
said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or
