Vesting a Reserve in the Dunedin City Council
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister

Dunedin, in trust, for recreation purposes.

Notice of Approval of Bylaws
PURSUANT to section 165 of the Harbours Act 1950, the
Minister of Marine hereby gives notice that he approves Part
XVIII of the Waimairi County Bylaw 1966, No. 1, and also
the amendment thereto by the Waimairi County Bylaw 1970,
No. 1, which were adopted by the Waimairi County Council
on 15 December 1966 and 19 March 1970 respectively.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 10) 1970
PURSUANT to regulation 16 of the Import Control Regulations 1964*, the Minister of Customs hereby gives notice as follows:
- (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 10) 1970.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette - Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the First Schedule hereto,
imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirements of a licence under the said
regulations. - Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff item in the Second Schedule hereto,
imported from and being the produce or manufacture of Australia, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said
regulations. - The exemption from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the Third
Schedule hereto, included in the exempting notice shown in the Third Schedule, are hereby withdrawn.
