Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Ashburton County Council and the Ashburton Borough Council

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for aerodrome purposes; and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Ashburton and in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Ashburton, in trust, for that purpose; subject to the terms of an agreement between Her Majesty the Queen and the Ashburton Borough Council and the Ashburton County Council, dated the 7th day of June 1967, a copy of which is deposited in the Head Office of the Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington as Canterbury Deed No. 1732.
