Notice of Varied Hours for Sale of Liquor at the
New Eagle Hotel, Bluff
PURSUANT to section 221A (16) of the Sale of Liquor Act
1962, as inserted by the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act
(No. 2) 1967, I, John Lochiel Robson, Secretary for Justice,
hereby give notice that the Southland Licensing Committee,
on 9 March 1970, made an order fixing hours other than
the usual hours for opening and closing the New Eagle
Hotel, Bluff, for sale of liquor to the public, namely, that
such hotel premises be authorised to be open between the
hours of 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., and from 3 p.m. until 10 p.m.,
Mondays to Saturdays inclusive.

The Road Classification (Southland County)
Notice No. 1, 1970
PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1969
, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the
following notice.
NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification
    (Southland County) Notice No. 1, 1970.
  2. The Secretary for Transport hereby approves the proposal by the Southland County Council that the road as set out in the Schedule hereto shall belong to the class set out in the said Schedule.
  3. So much of the notice (Southland County) dated the 28th day of September 1965† as relates to the classification of the road described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.
    SCHEDULE
    ROADS CLASSIFIED IN CLASS ONE
    TIWAI Road (previously known as Awarua Bay Road) (from its intersection with Kennington-Bluff Road to its intersection with the boundary of Section 7, Block XIII, Campbelltown Hundred).

    PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1969
    , the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.
    NOTICE
  4. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Waikato County) Notice No. 1, 1970.
  5. The Waikato County Council's proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.
  6. So much of the Gazette notice No. 36, dated the 1st day of June 1950†, as relates to the former Main Highway No. 401, 493, and 534 is hereby revoked.
    Maori Land Development Notice
    WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto the lands described in that notice were declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas the appellations of those lands have been changed by subsequent order of the Maori Land Court and they are now known by the description set out in the Second Schedule hereto; and whereas it is desired to replace the notice, aforesaid, by a further notice referring to the land under the current appellation:
    Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:
    NOTICE
  7. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Gisborne 1970, No. 2.
  8. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
  9. This notice is issued in replacement of the notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto, which is hereby revoked.
