Addition of Land to the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park
Pursuant to the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Act 1967, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the 1st day of October 1969, be added to and form part of the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park, as reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the descriptions of the said reserves, to be administered by the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Board.

Licensing Moeraki Power Boat and Yachting Club (Incorporated) to Occupy a Site for a Boat Ramp at Moeraki
Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits the Moeraki Power Boat and Yachting Club (Incorporated) (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Moeraki Harbour, as shown on plan marked M.D. 13727 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a boat ramp, as shown on the said plan; such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

The term of the licence shall be fourteen (14) years from the 1st day of April 1970.

The premium payable by the licensee shall be ten dollars ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be twenty dollars ($20).

(a) Every person who uses the boat ramp for launching any vessel and who is not a member of the Moeraki Power Boat and Yachting Club (Incorporated) shall pay the club fifty cents (50c) for each time a vessel is launched.
(b) There shall be free use and access for payers of dues, upon payment of the prescribed dues, and free liberty at all reasonable times to use the boat ramp.
(c) The revenue from the dues shall be used for the maintenance and improvement of the boat ramp and amenities directly related to it, and to meet supervision and administration costs.

Revoking the Foreshore Licence Held by Ivan Thomas Miller for a Stock Landing at Shoal Bay, Tryphena Harbour, Great Barrier Island
Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby gives notice that the licence signed on 18 October 1962*, authorising Ivan Thomas Miller to use and occupy part of the foreshore and bed of the harbour at Shoal Bay, Tryphena Harbour, Great Barrier Island, as a site for a stock landing, as shown on plan M.D. 11386, is revoked as from 22 September 1968.

Assignment and Amendment of Foreshore Licence for Boat Ramp at Lake Whakamaru
Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby gives notice that the licence granted to the Whakamaru Water Ski Club (Incorporated) on 9 September 1969* to use and occupy part of the lake shore and bed of Lake Whakamaru for the purpose of maintaining thereon a boat ramp is hereby assigned to Taupo County Council, and is amended by deleting condition 3 in the Schedule to the licence and substituting therefor the following condition: “3. The annual rental payable by the licensee shall be two dollars ($2)”.

Pursuant to section 3 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 (as amended by section 3 (1) of the Local Authorities Loans Amendment Act 1967), the undersigned Assistant Secretary to the Treasury, acting under powers delegated to the Secretary to the Treasury by the Minister of Finance, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.
