Revoking Part of a Proclamation Taking Land for River Control Purposes in the Borough of Gore
ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 27th day of August 1969 and published in Gazette, 25 September 1969, No. 59, p. 1831, registered as Proclamation No. 237509, Southland Land Registry, taking land for river control purposes in the Borough of Gore, in so far as it affects the area of land containing 19 perches, being part Section 7, Block X, Town of East Gore, eleventhly described in the Schedule to the said Proclamation.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of February 1970.

Allocating Railway Land for Road in Blocks X and XIII, Waipahi Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto (and which was taken for the Waitaki-Bluff Railway and is not now required for such purpose) shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become road; and that such road shall be under the control of the National Roads Board and shall be maintained by the said Board in like manner as other roads are controlled and maintained by the said Board.

Allocating Land Taken for a Railway to the Purposes of Street at Frankton
ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become street; and that the said street shall be under the control of the Hamilton City Council, and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the land acquired for forestry purposes described in the Schedule hereto, as permanent State forest land, subject to and together with rights of way, as to part plan B/26 and part Lot 1, D.P. 19571, created by easement certificates 564970 and 780187, Wellington Land Registry, and subject also, as to part Lot 1, D.P. 19571, to the fencing covenant contained in transfer 414828 and to the building-line restriction imposed by notice No. 551663, Wellington Land Registry.
