A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of March 1970.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XI, Hapuakohe Survey District, described as follows:

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken as being necessary for the proper development of the said land, in accordance with the operative district scheme of the Lower Hutt City Council for uses permitted in a commercial “B” zone under the code of ordinances, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Lower Hutt as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of March 1970.
