CORRIGENDUM

In the notice dated the 7th day of February 1970 and published in the Gazette, 19 February 1970, No. 9, p. 231, exempting land in the Westland Land District from the operations of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925, in place of the land described thirteenthly in the Schedule thereto, containing an area of 2 acres 2 roods, read the following:

Lots 106, 108, 109, 113, 116, 119, 120, 121, 123, and 125, D.P. No. 84, being parts Section 3, Block II, Mawheranui Survey District: area, 2 acres 2 roods, more or less. Parts certificate of title, Volume 2c, folio 99.

which area and description appear in the original notice signed by the Governor-General and witnessed by the Minister of Mines.

CORRIGENDUM

In the notice dated the 7th day of February 1970 and published in the Gazette, 19 February 1970, No. 9, p. 237, declaring land in the Westland Land District to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, in place of the areas of the lands described thirteenthly and twenty-secondly in the Schedule thereto, containing 2 acres 2 roods and 1 acre 3 roods 39.9 perches respectively, read the following:

Lots 106, 108, 109, 113, 116, 119, 120, 121, 123, and 125, D.P. No. 84, being parts Section 3, Block II, Mawheranui Survey District: area, 2 acres 2 roods, more or less. Parts certificate of title, Volume 2c, folio 99.

Lots 184, 185, 186, 187, 188, 189, 190, 191, 192, and 193, D.P. No. 86, being parts Section 3, Block II, Mawheranui Survey District: area, 1 acre 3 roods 38.9 perches, more or less. Parts certificate of title, Volume 2c, folio 90.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of March 1970.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above-mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.
