Agreement for Grant of Easement for the Drainage of Sewage and for the Drainage of Storm Water in Favour of Ansell Cullen Walmsley, of Wellington, Shingle Contractor, over Land in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District, Held for a State Primary School, Assented to

WHEREAS by a declaration dated the 8th day of December 1969, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 December 1969, No. 82, p. 2634, all that piece of land containing 1 acre 13.8 perches, being part land in plan A. 891, being part Section 43, Karori District, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23781 (S.O. 27620) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia, was taken for a State primary school;

And whereas Ansell Cullen Walmsley, of Wellington, shingle contractor, is entitled to compensation in respect of the said land;

And whereas the Minister of Works has agreed to grant to the said Ansell Cullen Walmsley an easement for the drainage of sewage and for the drainage of storm water, subject to the conditions outlined in the said agreement, over all that piece of land situated in the City of Wellington containing 16.7 perches, being part Section 72, Karori District, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23781 (S.O. 27620) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue, in part satisfaction of the compensation, aforesaid;

And whereas the said Ansell Cullen Walmsley has agreed to accept such grant of easement for the drainage of storm water in part satisfaction of the said compensation;

Now, therefore, the Minister of Works hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 97 of the Public Works Act 1928, that he assents to the agreement hereinbefore referred to.
