Station EE., along a right line to the angle in the south-western boundary of Section 96, Waitotara District (9829 links from the south-eastern corner of the said Section 96), and along the production of that line to the sea coast; thence north-westerly, northerly, and north-easterly along the sea coast to the point of commencement.
