Pouto Pest Destruction District Abolition and Vesting Order 1970 (Notice No. Ag. 10569)

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

1. (1) This order may be cited as the Pouto Pest Destruction District Abolition and Vesting Order 1970.
   (2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of April 1970.
2. The Pouto Pest Destruction District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the 23rd day of March 1950*, is hereby abolished.
3. The real and personal property of the Pouto Pest Destruction Board is hereby vested in the Hobson County Pest Destruction Board.
