THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- (1) This order may be cited as the Pouto Pest Destruction District Abolition and Vesting Order 1970.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of April 1970. - The Pouto Pest Destruction District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the 23rd day of March 1950*, is hereby abolished.
- The real and personal property of the Pouto Pest Destruction Board is hereby vested in the Hobson County Pest Destruction Board.
